The Story
Pavi was called in to perform a private show for a wealthy individual to help woo a person they were hoping to strike a business deal with. Though before Pavi was able to arrive, it seems a deal was worked out quicker than anticipated and Pavi's services are no loner needed.Pavi has never been to this town before, and due to expediting to have accommodations and payment when he arrived, after his trip he only has a single coin left in his pocket.The sun is going down, and storm clouds are filling the sky.
Pavi must a warm bed for the night, and maybe get some petty revenge along the way.
The Gameplay
The game will be a RPG visual novel with branching paths and multiple endings. The main goal is to charm the locals and hopefully find a nice warm bed for the night.The game will be reusing the same base engine as Bito's Box Bash, with the Chance Challenge mini-games returning for dice rolls.
Main Characters
Many main characters will have male and female versions of them to fill the role in the story, which one will appear will be randomized at the start at each new game. The different versions may have some personality differences.
The Magnificent Pavarotti
A accomplished and beloved musician, known throughout the land. Charming and quick-witted, he loves to entertain.
The peak of his carrear is arguably behind him but what he achieved has cemented him as a living legend (regardless of his critics).
The Audience
The Special Guest
Here on business, what business? You ask too many questions.A fan of Pavi, they are the person Pavi was called in to entertain and butter up. They would surely be disappointed to learn a private show from The Magnificat Pavarotti was canceled.
MacArthur
The special guest's personal guard. Pavi has had the pleasure of crossing paths with him before, and MacArthur is always pleased to see Pavi (but the feeling is far from mutual).
The Client
The Leader
The owner of the manor, and the one who initially hired Pavi for a private show. Though they decided Pavi's services are no longer needed.
He really needed this night to go well, and it did! They are hoping that does not change.As much as Pavi would like to tell him off, a sharp tongue does not counter a sharp sword well so Pavi may need a less direct approach.
Head Guard
The one in charge of making sure the manor is secure, as tall and wide as the walls surrounding the place.
They were supposed to have this week off before this "special guest" stuff all abruptly got set up, and they are not all that happy to be working right now so it's best to not piss them off.
The Guard Unit
A rowdy bunch, who likes to jump at the opportunity for some fun on a boring, quiet night. Anyone planning on being where they should not be better steer clear of them.
The Commoners
Sephora
A vendor who Pavi seems to keep running into. She can get you whatever you want or need, for-a price.
It's a shame Pavi is short on cash, because she does not run a charity.
Tavern Owner
The owner and operator of one of the most active businesses in town. Overworked and grumpy, they may not be the easiest to charm, but it may be worth a shot. A performance from Pavi may be good for business.
The Wandering Hero
A traveler in town with a covert job to do. They seem to also be interested in getting into the manor, but did not anticipate the increased security from that distinguished guest's visit.
Pavi might be able to tag along with them back to the central city, if he helps them out.
The Healer
They have healing hands that can make anyone feel better.
Forest Dwellers

That dilapidated structure in the forest might not be abandoned.
More characters may be found, but these are the first ones that are going to be added to the game.
The Locations
The Manor
The place Pavi was supposed to be working and staying in, but the owner has decided his presence is no longer needed. For a group as secretive as they are, it's a very flashy building compared to what's around it.
Quite a large place with an equally large wall surrounding it, though Pavi is known for finding his way into private areas.
Town Junction
All places in town seem to lead here, though at this hour not many people are around. It looks like a familiar wandering merchant has set up shop.
The Tavern
A gathering place of locals and travelers alike. Pavi still likes to play smaller venues like this when he has the chance, and they are usually a good place to find nomads to hitch a ride with.
These kinds of places often have a spare room or two for travelers to stay the night, nothing luxurious but usually cozy.
The Forest Ruins
Deep in the forest on the outskirts of town, it's not the kind of accommodations Pavi is used to, but it's preferable to being out in the rain. There may not be all that much roof over your head, but it's better than nothing.
It can be hard to make sure you are actually alone though.
